Regional Sales Director, Eastern United States

Click Security is seeking sales pioneers that get excited about a new approach to security. Click is looking for a highly motivated sales professional who has experience in a fast paced environment and expertise selling security solutions into enterprise accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sell leading-edge technology that provides a fundamentally different approach to finding and stopping malicious and unwanted network activity.
  • Establish Click’s presence and manage and drive the development of sales activities in the Eastern territory across multiple verticals.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and goals and for the overall sales strategies and results of a major geographic territory.

Skills and Qualifications

Baseline:

  • Demonstrated success selling into Enterprise Customers
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
  • In-depth understanding of the security industry
  • 10+ years proven sales experience selling complex, large-scale hardware or software solutions
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with large, complex customers
  • Experience leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision making process, overcoming obstacles to closure and closing sales in a professional and effective manner
  • Work collaboratively with Partner and Channel Sales for your territory
  • Experience assuming full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal resources not directly under the individual’s control to successfully deliver complex technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, shape and translate basic customer requirements to support the effective delivery of Click solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to craft and target messaging from the C-Level down throughout the organization
  • Ability to champion customer's interests and projects within Click
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated success creating a new market by placing new technology with an enterprise customer that fundamentally changes the way they run their network and their business (as opposed to winning business in a pre-defined market)

Sales Engineer

As in any case where new technology is being pioneered, the Sales Engineer is a key protagonist! We are looking for those special people that like the challenge of being on the forefront of technology and helping to evangelize its benefits.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Click’s products and services to all levels within customer organizations and will be responsible for successfully executing lab and field trials of Click products.
  • Provide technical support on pre-sale calls, assess the customer technical environment to suggest solutions and provide feedback to development for product enhancements.
  • Lead the initial planning, architecting and deployment of Click’s products and provide on-site customer support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Baseline:

  • 10+ years industry experience in presales engineering in the security industry
  • Demonstrated success with Enterprise customers across various verticals including financial services
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing lab and field trial test plans
  • Working knowledge of network and system exploits, vulnerabilities and hacking techniques and methods to block, monitor or track them
  • Working knowledge of Information Security Products and Techniques (Intrusion Detection, URL filtering, Firewall & system monitoring, encryption technologies/VPNs/PKI/IPSEC, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of common operating systems (Linux and Windows), networking, and common security applications
  • Working knowledge of log management and SIEM solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate product, run lab and field trials, and perform system troubleshooting and resolution at customer sites
  • Ability to teach technology to other presales engineers
  • Good interpersonal/customer-relations skills and the ability to guide customer/user ideas into realistic security solutions.
  • Current certification(s) in MCSE, RHCSA, RHCE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE-Security, GIAC, CISA, CISSP, or comparable certification a plus.

Senior Web Application Developer

Click Security is seeking Senior Web Application Developers to help evolve our browser-based, real-time network security application. You will work closely with other developers and user interface designers to create and improve solutions for visualizing and analyzing security data.

Our culture promotes collaboration and peer review at a fast pace. The ideal candidate will be polite, organized, driven, and passionate. You must live in Austin, TX or be able to relocate.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help design and implement a state-of-the-art, browser-based security client that connects to a real-time data engine.
  • Apply usability enhancements and bug fixes to improve our product's quality.
  • Code primarily in JavaScript (jQuery, AngularJS).

Skills and Qualifications

Baseline:

  • 5+ years of full-stack web application development experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS
  • Proficiency in a web component toolkit like jQuery UI or AngularUI
  • B.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Highly productive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience sharing implementation tasks with interface designers while also contributing your own ideas
