Michael Crosno

President and CEO

Michael leads the Click Security team with a customer-first approach to bring the most innovative security technology to help users every day.

Prior to Click Security, Michael was the founder and CEO of MyEdu Corporation in Austin, Texas, which he sold to Blackboard Corporation in 2014. Before MyEdu, Michael was President and CEO of Global 360, a leading BPM company, which he sold to private equity firms, TA Associates, Technology Crossover Ventures and JMI Equity. Before joining Global 360, Michael served as CEO of the leading enterprise portal company, Epicentric, Inc. He merged the company with Vignette and served as EVP Worldwide Operations. Prior to that, Michael was EVP at Gemplus, SVP of Worldwide Operations at ViewStar, and VP of Sales and Marketing at Computer Associates.

Michael has his MBA in finance from California State University-Chico.

Marc Willebeek-LeMair

Chairman and Founder

Marc has been disrupting the technology industry for more than 20-years and as a founder of Click he continues to push innovation.

Prior to founding Click Marc served as the Chief Technical Officer for 3Com with responsibility for product management, product engineering, marketing, and strategy. He arrived at 3Com through the acquisition of TippingPoint, where he helped pioneer Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) for network security. Marc co-founded TippingPoint in 2001 and assumed a broad range of responsibilities that included both technology and marketing, as well as the creation of the Digital Vaccine Security Research Group. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at the T.J. Watson Research Center of IBM.

Marc has 20 patents and holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a bachelor’s in Computer and Electronic Engineering from George Mason University.

Brian Smith

CTO and Founder

As Click’s Chief Technology Officer Brian is responsible for the overall technical vision of the product and how it can help the company’s users.

Prior to Click Brian has been a founder of TippingPoint Technologies in 2001 where he served as Chief Architect from 2001-2009 and CTO in 2009. While at TippingPoint he helped establish the company as the premier vendor of intrusion prevention system (IPS) solutions. TippingPoint was acquired by 3Com in 2009. Prior to TippingPoint, Smith worked at Netpliance as a senior developer.

Smith received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and was the Xerox Professor of Computer Science at Cornell University until 1998. He holds 12 patents and is a fellow of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.

Jonathan Mohn

CFO

Jonathan brings more than 24 years of experience to Click Security and is seasoned in leading and growing venture-back businesses.

Prior to Click Security, he was the Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Operations for MyEdu. Prior to MyEdu Jonathan was the Director of Financial and Strategic Operations for MessageOne. Throughout his career he has held various leadership roles in manufacturing and service industry companies, including mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations and conversions, SEC reporting, and budgeting.

Jonathan has a MBA from the University of California – The Los Angeles School of Management and a bachelor’s in economics and business from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Deepak Surana

Chief Product Officer

Deepak leads both the product and technology teams and is responsible for the product strategy and execution at Click Security.

Prior to his current role at Click Security, Deepak was VP of Product Management for MyEdu Corp., an academic and careers platform for helping students complete college and find internships and jobs. He joined Blackboard after their acquisition of MyEdu in January 2014 where he led product management and was responsible for building the company’s recruiting line of business with employers.  Prior to MyEdu, Deepak was product leader at Hoover’s Inc, a $100 million information business subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet.

Deepak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Scott Lambert

VP of Click Labs

Scott is the leader of Click Labs, providing  analytical services and support. Scott fits the role perfectly as a cyber-security expert with more than 15 years of experience in developing complex enterprise security, strategic planning, product development and cross-functional team management.

Prior to Click Security, Scott was the Manager of HP DVLabs-Enterprise Security Products, where he directly managed the security research and response efforts for vulnerability discovery. Before HP, Scott was a Senior Program Manager at the Microsoft Malware Protection Center and Microsoft Security Engineering Center, and a security researcher at Tipping Point. Earlier roles in his career included NIDS test engineer, academic instructor, and network security consultant.

Scott has a B.S. in Computer Science from St. Mary’s University.

Senior VP of Sales

At Click Preston leads the go-to-market strategy, direct, and channel sales.

Preston is a 40-year tech veteran with strong experience in building targeted sales strategies and successfully executing go-to-market plans. He has a proven track record in organizing high-octane national and global sales teams, as well as leveraging top-flight security partners.

Preston has held key leadership roles in companies including Burroughs/Unisys, Data General/EMC, Oracle, McAfee and security startups including TippingPoint and LogRhythm.

Elaine Van Norman

Operations Manager, Click Security

Elaine is responsible for HR and oversees the operation and implementation of all administrative activities at Click Security.

Prior to Click Security, Elaine was the Director of HR & Operations at MyEdu Corp., an academic and careers platform for helping students complete college, and find internships and jobs. After Blackboard Inc’s acquisition of MyEdu Corp. in January 2014, she was responsible for the execution of the integration strategy and transition.

Before joining MyEdu, Elaine was responsible for global administrative services at Global 360 Inc. prior to the company’s acquisition by OpenText Corp.

John Vrionis

Lightspeed Venture Partners

John joined Lightspeed in 2006 and focuses primarily on information technology infrastructure, with a particular investment interest in datacenter technologies; he was named a Top Investor in the Cloud market by GigaOm in 2012. In addition, John is the founder of Lightspeed’s Summer Grant Program.

Previously, he worked in product management and marketing with Determina (acquired by VMware). John was also an initial member of the executive team at Freedom Financial Network, where he helped design and implement the company’s customer relationship management software, drove its partnership strategy and managed the marketing and sales team.

John holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and a BA from Harvard University.

Global Director of Information Security Innovation at Citigroup

Bob Blakley is Global Director of Information Security Innovation at Citigroup.  He recently served as Plenary chair of the NSTIC Identity Ecosystem Steering Group and as Research and Development Co-Chair of FSSCC – the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security.  He is currently a member of the Forum on Cyber Resilience – a National Academies Roundtable.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Bob was Distinguished Analyst and Agenda Manager for Identity and Privacy at Gartner and Burton group.  Before that, he was Chief Scientist for Security and Privacy at IBM. He is past general chair of the IEEE Security and Privacy Symposium and the ACSA New Security  Paradigms workshop.  He was awarded ACSAC’s Distinguished Security Practitioner award in 2002, and is a frequent speaker at information security and computer industry events.

Bob was general editor of the OMG CORBASecurity specification and the OASIS SAML specification, and is the author of “CORBASecurity: An Introduction to Safe Computing with Objects”, published by Addison-Wesley.  He was the first chair of the OATH Joint Coordinating Committee. He also participated in the National Academy of Science’s panels “Authentication Technologies and Their Privacy Implications” and “Whither Biometrics”.

Bob holds twenty patents in cryptography and information security, and he publishes regularly in the academic literature on information security and privacy.

Bob received the A.B. in Classics from Princeton University, and the MS and PhD in Computer and Communications Science from the University of Michigan.

Michael Arcamone

Throughout his 15 years as a government contractor, Michael Arcamone has pioneered a number innovative methodologies, solutions and techniques for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community in the area of Computer Network Defense.  He has presented at numerous Pentagon Security Forums and CYBERCOM Computer Network Defense (CND) Workshops, is a member of numerous security vendor advisory boards, holds a number of industry recognized security certifications and has been presented with numerous awards including the Army’s Information Assurance Professional of the year award in 2007.

Michael has held numerous positions within DOD and the Intelligence Community where he is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in intrusion detection and analysis.  He is the author of several DOD standards for intrusion detection and in 2007 he was recognized by the Army as the Information Assurance Professional of the Year.

James Hamilton

CEO, Wedge Networks

James Hamilton has been an advisory board member for Click Security since February 2013. Mr. Hamilton is currently CEO of Wedge Networks. Wedge delivers cloud-based security for some of the world’s largest networks. During his 28-year IT industry career, he has held leadership roles in security-focused companies including President and CEO of TippingPoint, Inc. (3Com acquired).

James was most recently SVP of Global Sales and Operations for SDN pioneer Cyan (Ciena acquired) and President of Click Security in 2012. Prior to Click, James was CEO of CPSG Partners, SVP of Corporate Development of SafeNet (Gemalto acquired), and COO of Efficient Networks (Siemens acquired). He also previously held executive positions with Picazo Communications (Intel acquired), Compaq, Networth (Compaq acquired) and Grid Systems. Mr. Hamilton holds a bachelor’s degree from Lawrence Technical University.
